Bar Table - Island Rivers

This artistic table is called Island Rivers.

The table is perfect for two people and would go great in a kitchen to cozy up a spot. It stands at bar height. The live edge wood is Cedar.

The table uses over five gallons of casting epoxy for the fill and river design. The river creation consists of six colors, five layers of epoxy, and hand-picked rocks from past river adventures. The entire table is top coated with Stone Coat Countertops epoxy to create a harder surface layer that is scratch and heat-resistant.

The name Island River comes from the impression I have of Hawaii when I look at the live edge wood.

Overall I can't help but pretend I have a tiny kayak and I am descending these canyons and catching eddies behind the rocks. One rapid on this table is modeled after Room of Doom in Skull Rapid on the Westwater run of the Colorado River.

• This material is tough but not impervious to liquid
• A 1/4-inch tempered glass top is available for an additional $350
• The legs are a 1-inch ID gas pipe for that sweet industrial look.
